31 Days
My final lap on weight-loss starts today. I now weigh 152 pounds. Everday I will run twenty minutes and do sit-ups and push-ups. For 31 days I will eat strict, eat right, eat light. In 31 days, I will be going into my Senior year a new kid. In 31 days, my lifestyle will have changed, along with my life, my self-esteem, and the world that surrounds me. In 31 days, I will be a different person. 31 days.

u were probably the biggest inspiration for me, man. if it weren't for you, i'd still be 210 and posing as backdrop in family photos :-)
dude...you are an inspiration to me as well.
i thought today would've been a bad diet day. i missed my morning run cause i had to be somewhere early, ended up pigging out at Arby's (hey, the craving still gets ya sometimes, okay?), feasted on some Mexican (iffy healthy), but then i ended up running a mile with some friends after dark (NO KIDNAPPERS TONIGHT, WOOHOO!)
I hit 148 today. i am going for 140 by the beginning of school. my long-term goal is 135, and i am oh so close!
